Page: Performance insights
This report offers an in-depth view of your Facebook Page's overall performance, including key metrics such as page views, likes, comments, and shares over a specified period. You can aggregate metrics by day or month.
Page: General overview
The general overview report provides attributes about your page: address, contact data, specific options related to company, band, restaurant etc. and also metrics like followers, page likes, rating.
Page: Audience daily snapshot
This report gives a daily breakdown of your audience demographics and behaviors, helping you understand who your audience is and how they interact with your content on a day-to-day basis.
Post: Posts lifetime performance
Track the performance of individual posts over their entire lifetime. This includes metrics such as likes, shares, comments, reactions and reach for each post.
Post: Reels lifetime performance
Analyze the performance of your Reels content with metrics that show how your audience is engaging with your short video posts.
Post: Video daily performance
This report focuses on the daily performance of video content on your page, providing insights into views, engagement, and audience retention.

3. Set up Facebook Page Insights integration
The below instruction covers setting up an integration with Facebook Insights from scratch.
To set up an integration from a pre-set dashboard template, visit our Dashboard examples and reporting templates page.
Step 1: Source Application
- Go to the Coupler.io website and sign in to your account.
- Navigate to the "Add New Importer" section.
- Select "Facebook Page Insights" from the list of available integrations.
- Select one of the available destinations.
Step 2: Source Account
- Connect your Facebook account by following the prompts to authorize Coupler.io to access your Facebook Page Insights data.
- Ensure you have the necessary permissions to access the data for the Facebook pages you manage.

Step 3: Basic Settings
- Pages: Select the Facebook pages you want to import data from.
- Report Type: Choose the type of report you wish to generate (e.g., Performance Insights, General Overview, Audience Daily Snapshot, etc.).
Step 4: Report Period
- Start Date: Set the start date for the reporting period.
- End Date: Set the end date for the reporting period.
- Split data by period: Specify the period to split your report data.
Step 5: Metrics and Dimensions
- Metrics: Select the specific metrics you want to include in your report (e.g., page views, likes, shares, comments).
- Dimensions: Choose the dimensions to organize your data (e.g., date, post type, audience demographics).
Step 6: Advanced settings
- Published After: (Optional) Filter data to include only posts published after a specific date.
- Published Before: (Optional) Filter data to include only posts published before a specific date.
4. Transform your data with Coupler.io

5. Set up your data destination
Continue setting up the integration depending on the system you want to import data to. Select your tool from the list of supported data destinations and follow the relevant setup guide.
6. Update your data automatically on schedule
Turn on "Automatic data refresh" in the importer so your data remains up-to-date in the destination without requiring manual updates.
You can schedule data imports at specific intervals (e.g., hourly, daily, weekly) and/or days, allowing you to have up-to-date information available for analysis, reporting, or decision-making. This automation enhances efficiency and ensures your reports or dashboards are always populated with the latest data.
