Troubleshooting: fix missing Facebook Pages or Instagram Profiles

1. Check your page permissions:

A Facebook account with either Administrator access to the connected Page, or if you're using Business Manager, Page Editor access to the Page.

If you're using the new Pages experience, you need Partial Access to the linked Facebook account.

2. Reconnect Coupler.io Facebook / Instagram connection to your Facebook account.

2.1 Click Reconnect in case you see error below the Pages / Profiles field or on view page:

2.2 Confirm account reconnection (in case reconnect on edit data flow screen):

2.3 Select if you want to share connection or keep previous settings:

2.4 Login to Facebook if needed and approve missed permissions if any:

2.5 Select Facebook Page/ Instagram Profile in case you edited the data flow or Re-run the data flow:

3. Check app permissions in your FB account 

There could be the case that once connection is established with only 1 selected page, it may be that FB does not provide scopes consent screen during connection creation.

To check it you have to go to your FB account → Settings → Business integrations → View and Edit

Make sure that needed page is selected in "Read content posted on the Page" and "Show a list of the Pages you manage" sections.
