How to run an importer manually?

Learn how to run one or several Coupler.io importers manually.

To  run an importer means to trigger the Coupler.io import functionality which will use a specific mode to transfer data from one of your apps to a Google spreadsheet. Coupler.io supports both manual and automatic data imports. This page is dedicated to manual data import. 

To run importer manually in web interface

All your importers are shown in 'Importers' section of web interface: https://www.coupler.io/app/importers

You can run any importer by clicking on 'Run' button:

  • In importers section
  • In importer view page

1.1. Run several importers

It is possible to run several importers. In order to do that you should select several importers in the list and click 'Run selected'. You can use search and 'Select all' option to run all importers of specific type, with desired name etc:

Note, that searched request is available in your browser address line. It means, that you can send it to your team mates and instruct them to run all importers in this filter:
