How to check usage stats?

Coupler.io calculates all your import and usage statistics that is used in subscriptions plans. Learn how to check your Coupler.io usage stats in this article.

Coupler.io lets users pull their records from different apps to Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel and other destinations. By doing so, it calculates the number of imports, number of imported rows, and maximum size of each import. Our subscription plans are based on these indicators. Therefore, it is important for you to keep track of the usage to make sure importers keep running at all times.

To see your current usage stats open https://www.coupler.io/app/usage_stats web page.

On this page, you will be able to see the progress bar with the number of imports you've had so far (their percentage from the current plan's limit) in the current billing period. In addition, you'll see the date when your account usage will reset. Furthermore, the page contains a list of documents or tables with the number of imported rows, performed imports, and encountered errors per each one.

The first card on the top of the screen includes your current subscription and limits. In addition to the number of rows you've imported so far (their percentage from the current plan's limit), it also includes information about users limit, as well as the available data refresh frequency.
