3. Set up TikTok Organic integration
The below instruction covers setting up an integration with TikTok Organic from scratch.
To set up an integration from a pre-set dashboard template, visit our Dashboard examples and reporting templates page.
Step 1: Source application
Select "TikTok Organic" as your source application to begin the integration process, pick your needed destination application (you can change it later), and click "set up from scratch".
Step 2: Source account
Connect your TikTok account with Coupler.io. You will need to authenticate your account to grant Coupler.io access to your TikTok data.
Step 3: Basic settings
- Report type: Choose the specific report you want to import data for from the available list (e.g., Profile insights, Video list insights).
Step 4: Report period
For the Profile level report, specify the period for which you want the data. This setting determines the time frame of the data fetched from TikTok. Note: TikTok API restricts data retrieval to a maximum of 60 days only, so we cannot fetch data beyond this period as well.
- Start date: Specify the start date for the data you want to include in the report.
- End date: Specify the end date for the data you want to include in the report.
Note: Start date & End date settings are not available in the "Video list insights" report, since TikTok API doesn't support filter by dates for this report. Please see TikTok API documentation for reference.
