3. Set up LinkedIn Company Pages integration

The below instruction covers setting up an integration with LinkedIn Company Pages from scratch.

To set up an integration from a pre-set dashboard template, visit our Dashboard examples and reporting templates page.

Step 1: Source application

Select "LinkedIn Company Pages" as your source application to begin the integration process, pick your needed destination application (you can change it later), and click "set up from scratch".

Step 2: Source account

Connect and choose the specific LinkedIn Company Pages account you wish to integrate with Coupler.io.

Step 3: Basic settings

  • Pages - Select the specific company pages you want to pull data from. You can select multiple pages if needed.
  • Report Type - Choose the type of report you want to generate. This can be one of the frequently used reports or any of the detailed reports listed above.

Step 4: Report period

  • Start Date - Define the starting date for the data you wish to retrieve. This could be the beginning of a campaign or a specific time frame you are interested in.
  • End Date - Set the end date for the data retrieval. This helps in narrowing down the data to a specific period.

💥 Please be aware that the Linkedin API has specific limitation for Pages reports - start time and end time must be less than 14 months apart.

  • Split Data by Period - Choose whether you want to split the data by day, week, or month. This helps in analyzing trends over time. You may also select totals only for the period.

✨ Start and End dates are optional when you request "Totals only" in "Split data by period" field.

Step 5: Metrics and dimensions

  • Dimensions - Select the dimensions you want to include in your report. Dimensions such as seniority, country, industry, job function, region and company size help in segmenting the data for more detailed analysis.
