  4. Check out our updated Knowledge Base

1. The new data refresh control

On September 7, 2020, Coupler.io released its custom scheduling functionality. This allows users to specify days of the week and time of day when they expect their importers to run.

We believe that this new custom scheduling feature will give you more options to optimize usage.

Note: As part of the new data refresh control, the following frequencies has been eliminated: 3, 6, and 12 hours. The importers using 3 hour frequencies automatically migrated to "Every Hour". The importers using 6 or 12 hour frequencies migrated to "Every Day".  For any questions regarding the migration, feel free to contact us at contact@coupler.io. Follow this link to learn more about automatic data refresh.

2. The new connections management functionality

Coupler.io released a new Connections management functionality - it gives users the ability to manage their connected accounts within a given Coupler.io organization from a single view.

Note: On September 7, 2020, all your existing connections became Private. So you need to navigate to the Connections page and change the connection status from Private to Shared, where necessary. Check out this page to learn the difference between Private and Shared status.

3. Welcome our new importers

Our team added WordPress and Clockify importers to the Coupler.io dashboard. We’ve also released a new improved version of the HubSpot importer. Please, try them out and share your feedback with us!

4. Check out our updated Knowledge Base

Every day our Support team works hard to address our users’ questions and concerns as best as we can. To help you get the most out of Coupler.io, we’ve released a new Knowledge Base that includes lots of useful content, and we have an ambitious plan to develop it further!
