How to manage connected accounts (sources and destinations)?

The Coupler.io 'Connections' page enables users to manage their connected accounts (sources and destinations) within a given Coupler.io organization from a single view. To get started using Coupler.io you need to set up a new importer and during this process you are going to connect your source and destination connections.

1. Connection section

All your connections are stored in the 'Connections' section of Coupler.io web application. You may navigate it through the side panel:

You may also use this link https://www.coupler.io/app/connections to open the 'Connections' section page.

The Connections page represents a list of connected accounts used as both sources and destinations for your organization, specifying their creation date, the number of importers using it, as well as the ability to set the connection status to either Private or Shared.

  • If you set a connection status to Shared, it will be available across the entire Coupler.io organization (your account). So, other users within your organization will be able to re-use it when creating new importers.
  • If you set a connection status to Private, it will be available for you only. Nobody will be able to re-use it when creating importers. However, if your Coupler.io organization’s users have the Edit Google Sheets permission to a specific spreadsheet, they will be able to edit importers containing Private connections.

There is also a possibility to reconnect (in case if it shows any kind of an error, to re-establish the connection) or disconnect (delete) one of the existing connections.
