How to manage connected accounts (sources and destinations)?

The Coupler.io 'Connections' page enables users to manage their connected accounts (sources and destinations) within a given Coupler.io organization from a single view. To get started using Coupler.io you need to set up a new importer and during this process, you are going to connect your source and destination connections.

  3. Manage destination connections
  4. Manage shared and private connected accounts

1. 'Sources' and 'Dimensions' sections

All your connections are stored in the 'Sources' and 'Dimensions' sections of the Coupler.io web application. You can navigate it through the side panel:

You can also use these links https://app.coupler.io/app/sources and https://app.coupler.io/app/destinations to open the 'Sources' and 'Dimensions' section pages respectively.

The Sources and the Destinations page represents a list of connected accounts used as sources, organized by the. date they were added, descending. From there, you can also set the connection status to either Private or Shared.

  • If you set a connection status to Shared, it will be available across the entire Coupler.io organization (your account). So, other users within your organization will be able to reuse it when creating new importers.
  • If you set a connection status to Private, it will be available for you only. Nobody will be able to reuse it when creating importers.

There is also a possibility to reconnect (in case it shows any kind of error, to re-establish the connection) or disconnect (delete) one of the existing connections.
