How to delete an importer?
You can delete a Coupler.io importer that you don't need anymore.
- If you delete an importer, it will get permanently removed without any possibility to recover it.
- If you just want to stop importing data automatically, we recommend you to keep the importer but to turn the 'Automatic data refresh' off.
1. Delete importer from web
- Navigate to 'Importers' section: https://www.coupler.io/app/importers.
- Find needed importer.
- Navigate to the contextual menu (three dots) of an importer and choose 'Delete':
2. Confirm the deletion
Please note that when you delete an importer, it gets permanently deleted and it will not be possible to recover it.
- After you press Delete, the text will change its description to "Are you sure?"
- If you still want to confirm the deletion of this particular importer, click Are you sure? one more time to confirm the action.
- After the successful deletion of an importer, Coupler.io will remove it from the Active importers screen.
