19-01-23: Shopify OAuth and useful fixes here and there
What’s new
1. Shopify OAuth
Shopify integration has been available at Coupler.io for a long time. However, to connect your Shopify store to Coupler.io for data exports, you had to generate an API token or an API key and password. Fortunately, it’s no longer needed since we’ve released Shopify OAuth which allows you to connect your Shopify store with a couple of clicks.
All you have to do is click Connect, enter the name of your Shopify shop, and then log in to Shopify. The latter won’t be needed if you’ve already logged in.
If you do not have a Coupler.io account yet (sign up right now🚀), you can start the setup of your Shopify integration from the Shopify Marketplace by adding the Coupler.io app.
2. Update data each run
If you set up a new importer recently or changed the import mode for your existing importers, you may have noticed a new toggle - Update data each run. It allows you to save data to the destination each time regardless of any changes in the data source. By the way, you can learn more about how Coupler.io updates data in the destination.
For all your existing importers, this functionality is set to off not to break anything. And when you create a new importer, the Update data each run is on by default.
3. Hubspot - human-readable advanced filters
Another tiny yet valuable fix that we want to announce is the update of the advanced filters for HubSpot importer. We made them human-readable so that you can easily select the required criteria for your property such as Equal, Less than, Has a value, etc.
In addition to these three major updates, many other tiny fixes have been implemented here and there. However, that’s all for this product release. Stay with us and expect new awesome updates in the short run!
