1. Reports provided by Coupler.io
Reports
Ad analytics by single dimension - Focuses on performance metrics broken down by one selected dimension (e.g., campaign or creative). This report provides additional dimension attributes like name, status, etc. (e.g. Campaign name, status).
Ad analytics by multiple dimensions - Allows multi-dimensional performance analysis by combining dimensions such as campaign and creative. This report provides dimensions IDs only (e.g. campaign id, creative id), so if you need other attributes like name, status, etc. - please use Join feature to merge report data with one of the core components (according to used dimension).
Multi-dimensions report limits:
❗ Reach metric is not returned for Placement, Impression device, and Share dimensions.
❗❗ If there is no data for any of selected dimensions for defined report period - whole report will be empty.
Core Components
Ad account users - Details users associated with a specific LinkedIn ad account, including roles and permissions.
Campaign groups - Provides information on campaign groups within your ad account, useful for tracking aggregated performance, so you can Join this data with report by campaign group.
Campaigns - Displays data for individual campaigns, including statuses, budget, and performance, so you can Join this data with report by campaign.
Creatives - Lists all ad creatives used in campaigns, including status and creative content (it can be link to creative sponsored content, image URN, etc. If you want to get Creative name, headline and Click URL - Join Creatives with Shares (creative sponsored content) report type.
Video ads - Returns specific to video creatives.
Shares (creative sponsored content) - Contains shared sponsored content posts as well as creative name, headline, click URL, so you can Join this data with report by creative.
❗ The LinkedIn Ads API does not return personal posts used as sponsored content.T o access such posts, the r_member_social
permission is required, but LinkedIn does not grant this permission to third-party vendors like Coupler.io..
Conversions - Returns list of conversions, so you can Join this data with report by conversion.
2. Metrics and Dimensions each report provides
Coupler.io supports a variety of metrics and dimensions to help you analyze your LinkedIn Ads data. Examples include impressions, clicks, conversion rates, and spend, as well as dimensions like campaign name, ad name, and creative type.

3. Set up LinkedIn Ads integration
The below instruction covers setting up an integration with Snapchat Ads from scratch.
To set up an integration from a pre-set dashboard template, visit our Dashboard examples and reporting templates page.
Step 1: Source application
Select "LinkedIn Ads" as your source application to begin the integration process, pick your needed destination application (you can change it later), and click "set up from scratch".
Step 2: Source account
Connect and choose the specific LinkedIn Ads account you wish to integrate with Coupler.io.
Step 3: Basic settings
Configure the basic settings for your report:
Ad Accounts - Choose the ad account(s) you want to pull data from.
Report Type - Select the report type (e.g., campaigns, creatives, ad analytics by single/multiple dimensions).
Step 4: Report period (for Ad analytics reports only)
Define the period for your report:
Start Date - Set the beginning date for your data extraction period.
End Date - Define the end date for the report.
Split Data by Period - Optionally, enable splitting data by day, week, or month for granular analysis.
Step 5: Metrics and dimensions (for Ad analytics reports only)
Select the metrics and dimensions that you want to include in your report:
Metrics - Select the performance metrics to include in the report (e.g., impressions, clicks, conversions).

Dimensions - Choose dimensions to structure the data (e.g., campaign name, ad type).
Step 6: Additional settings
Advanced Filters - Apply filters to extract specific subsets of data. For instance, focus on campaigns with specific names or creatives with certain characteristics.
4. Transform your data with Coupler.io

5. Set up your data destination
Continue setting up the integration depending on the system you want to import data to. Select your tool from the list of supported data destinations and follow the relevant setup guide.
6. Update your data automatically on schedule
Turn on "Automatic data refresh" in the importer so your data remains up-to-date in the destination without requiring manual updates.
You can schedule data imports at specific intervals (e.g., hourly, daily, weekly) and/or days, allowing you to have up-to-date information available for analysis, reporting, or decision-making. This automation enhances efficiency and ensures your reports or dashboards are always populated with the latest data.
