A user is leaving the company
What to do if a user is leaving the company and you want to continue having access to their Coupler.io data flows?
Possible scenarios
A user is not a member of your company's shared organization
In that case, data flows created by that user would be stored in their personal organization, and you would not have access to them. To transfer the data flows from the user's personal organization into your company's shared one, please reach our support at contact@coupler.io team specifying the following:
- Your request to merge the organization of the needed user with your company's organization;
- The email address of that user and the admin email address of your company's organization;
- Add the user whose organization needs to be merged with your company's organization to the CC of your email, so that we have a confirmation from them on this action.
A user is a member of your company's shared organization, but also has a separate personal organization
In that case,
- Transfer all the data flows that they created in their personal organization to the company organization, since they will be stored there, and you won't have access to them.
- If the data from the personal organization needs to be moved to the company's shared one, reach out to our support team.

A user is a member of your company's shared organization only
Depends on user role(s) in your organization and/or workspaces - follow instructions in next articles:

If you want totally delete user from your organization - you need to delete their roles in organization and all workspaces (if they had them assigned).
