A user is leaving the company
What to do if a user is leaving the company and you want to continue having access to their Coupler.io data flows?
Possible scenarios
A user is not a member of your company's shared account (you cannot see them on your Users page)
In that case, data flows created by that user would be stored in their personal account, and you would not have access to them. To transfer the data flows from the user's personal account into your company's shared one, please reach our support at contact@coupler.io team specifying the following:
- Your request to merge the account of the needed user with your company's account;
- The email address of that user and the admin email address of your company's account;
- Add the user whose account needs to be merged with your company's account to the CC of your email, so that we have a confirmation from them on this action.
A user is a member of your company's shared account, but also has a separate personal account
In that case,
- Transfer all the data flows that they created in their personal account to the company account, since they will be stored there, and you won't have access to them.
- If the data from the personal account needs to be moved to the company's shared one, reach out to our support team as described in.
To do
1. Check if the user who's leaving the company is a member of your company's shared account (you can see them on your Users page)
2. If the above are true, ask the user who's leaving to make their connections "Shared" before they leave:
