20-06-23 Brand-new design and Calendly as a source

What’s new

  1. New UI of your app
  2. Calendly as a source
  3. New subscription plan?

1. New UI of your app

Today, some of you woke up, opened your Coupler.io app, and saw this:

It’s a brand-new UI design that is supposed to replace the old-fashioned setup of your favorite importers. So, instead of the 4 configuration steps (Source, Preview & Transform, Destination, and Schedule), you have 3 data-centered ones:

1. Extract data - to connect the source account and configure the data to be exported.

2. Transform data - to transform (add/remove columns, filter, sort, etc.) and preview the data to be loaded to your destination.

3. Manage data - to connect your destination account and set up where to load the data.

And 'where is the schedule step?' you may ask. You can enable Automatic data refresh and configure the schedule any time after you’ve clicked Save and Run or Save and Close.

We’re pretty sure that you’ll love the new UI flow since it’s optimized to improve your experience with Coupler.io.

2. Calendly as a source

TBH, Calendly integration was released a month ago…but for some reason, we forgot to announce it 😶 So, better late than never. Welcome this wonderful source available in your lists of apps to extract data from.

Currently, you can export the following raw data from Calendly:

  • Available time for user
  • Busy time for user
  • Event types for organization
  • Event types for user
  • List of users for organization
  • Routing forms
  • Scheduled events for organization
  • Scheduled events for user
  • Supported reporting data entities:

And a few reports

  • Report: Events
  • Report: Events with invitees
  • Report: Questions and answers
  • Report: User availability

For more information about using this integration, check out a Calendly dedicated page on our knowledge base.

New subscription plan?

Starter is no longer a starting subscription plan at Coupler.io. We expanded our constellation of subscriptions by adding a lighter option for those who need Coupler.io but in a limited version. This is the cause for the Lite plan to appear

It’s cheap, but it only offers 3 importers that are limited to 1,000 rows per run. The number of runs is also cut to 30 per month. If this works for you, sign up to Coupler.io without any hesitation.

That’s it for this release. We haven’t included the tiny fixes that had been implemented by our development team here and there. And we promise that in the next release notes, we will share new things for you to love Coupler.io even more!
