Troubleshooting: Excel destination

Most common issues with setting up Microsoft Excel destination 

  1. Workbook picker displays data for the wrong account
  2. Workbook picker is not opened

Managing several Microsoft accounts

If you have several Microsoft accounts you can face some issues while working with the workbook picker.

Microsoft opens a list of files for your current active account that you are logged in to microsoft.com.

In case you need to switch account, click the corresponding button on the file picker page:

In most complicated cases you may need to follow this instruction:

1. Close the file picker window.

2. Go to https://www.microsoft.com/

3. Click the Profile button and sign out from your current account:

4. Sign in to the desired account.

5. Go back to Coupler.io and click the workbook picker again.

If your OneDrive displays the 103 error message as on the screen below, close the file picker and open it again:

If the OneDrive window doesn’t open when you click the workbook picker, make sure it was not minimized by clicking outside the window -  click your browser icon on the Taskbar and select OneDrive window:
