We’re continuing to work on a long-term solution and truly appreciate your patience and loyalty during this time. Currently, our team has been working hard to deliver a quick and effective solution that allows you to continue using your dashboards without further disruption.

There are two ways to fix your existing Looker Studio dashboards:

1. Replace the data source for each widget manually, one by one.
2. Update the entire dashboard’s data source via dashboard settings.

In both cases, you'll need to manually reconnect Looker Studio with Coupler.io and add a new data source to replace the broken one.

Please note: if you had custom changes or calculations configured directly in the data source, this workaround may not fully restore your previous setup. These changes will likely need to be recreated manually.

Following a recent release, we’ve encountered an unexpected issue affecting our data connector. As a result Looker Studio dashboards may not be functioning properly at the moment.
