As of today, we can summarize that the main issue has been resolved. However, in some cases, it still requires your involvement as a user to perform certain steps on your side to restore your Looker Studio reports if you had any during the period when the issue occurred.

So far, we have assisted most of the affected users who contacted us, or we are currently in the process of assisting them. Currently, our team has been working hard to deliver a quick and effective solution that allows you to continue using your dashboards without further disruption.

You'll need to manually reconnect Looker Studio with Coupler.io and add a new data source to replace the broken one.

To restore your broken Looker Studio dashboards, please update the data source for each table or chart in the report. You’ll find a step-by-step guide in the article below. Jump to Change data source per each chart or table in the report

Please note: If you had custom changes or calculations configured directly in the data source, this workaround may not fully restore your previous setup. These changes will likely need to be recreated manually.
