25-09-24 August & September Product Updates: Integration Enhancements and Fixes

We’re constantly working to improve our platform, adding new features, refining existing integrations, and resolving issues to deliver the best possible experience for you. In this update, we’ve introduced important fixes, performance improvements, and enhancements to existing integrations. Let’s dive into what’s new and how these changes can benefit your workflow.

Integration Improvements & Fixes

Instagram Insights

  • Reels Metrics for All Users: We've adjusted the logic for fetching Reels metrics from the Facebook API, ensuring that all users can access these metrics despite recent Meta changes.
  • Fixed handling of "Media posted before business account conversion" error: To ensure that users who converted their business profiles from personal ones can use our integration without errors to get their posts statistics. 

LinkedIn Company Pages

  • New Report “Post: Video Performance”: This report provides daily and weekly analytics for video posts, including video views, number of viewers, and time viewed.
  • New Report “Post: Individual Post Performance”: Combines UGC posts and shares insights into one report, streamlining reporting and adding daily and monthly statistics, post thumbnails, and LinkedIn post URLs.

Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

  • Support for Multiple GA4 Properties: You can now import data from multiple GA4 properties into a single importer for greater efficiency.
  • Overcoming the GA4 10-Metrics Limit: Learn more about how to bypass the GA4 limit of 10 metrics in one report in our Help Center.

YouTube

  • Fixed Month Datatype Mismatch: Resolved an issue with datatype mismatches in YouTube analytics, ensuring accurate month-related data.
  • New Predefined Reports: We’ve introduced reports with predefined metrics and dimensions, including “Channel Detailed Statistics,” “Channel Statistics by Content and Subscriber Type,” “Channel Subscribers,” and “Traffic Sources.”

Google Ads

  • Renamed Report: The 'Video Performance' report has been renamed to 'Video Campaign Performance with Conversions' to improve visibility for customers.
  • API Upgrade: Updated the Google Ads API to version 17 to ensure compatibility and leverage the latest features from Google.

Xero Reports

  • Unpivoted Date Format: Added a new format for Xero reports, allowing unpivoted data by date for enhanced analysis options in reports like Balance Sheet, Budget Summary, Executive Summary, and Profit and Loss.

Google Business Profile

  • Branding Update: All references to "Google My Business" have been updated to reflect the new branding as "Google Business Profile."

New Dashboard Templates

We’ve added several new dashboard templates in Looker Studio and Google Sheets:

Bug Fixes

  • Extra Page Reload on Workflow Creation: Fixed a non-critical UI issue causing an extra page reload after creating a new workflow view.
  • Endless Spinner on Importer: Resolved an issue with an endless loading spinner when adding a second source without selecting a destination.
  • Failed Workflows: Workflows that fail unexpectedly will now show a clear error message instead of remaining stuck.
