We are excited to announce a series of updates and new features released in May to enhance your experience with Coupler.io. From a new importer setup wizard design to multiple product enhancements, our team has been working diligently to bring you the best tools for your data integration needs. Here’s a detailed overview of what’s new:
Introducing the new importer setup wizard
The importer setup wizard received a redesign to improve usability, making it easier than ever to integrate your data sources with Coupler.io. During this redesign, we introduced a new header for easier navigation between the setup steps. Additionally, we renamed "Union" to "Append" for easier comprehension and to more clearly indicate the feature's function.
New Dashboard Templates
We added new Looker Studio dashboard templates to help you visualize your data more effectively:
- LinkedIn Ads dashboard
- Sales team performance dashboard for Salesforce
- TikTok analytics dashboard
- CRM dashboard for Salesforce
- Customer acquisition dashboard for HubSpot
- Google Analytics dashboard for multiple properties

Sources and Destinations improvements
TikTok Organic
Our TikTok integration has been revamped:
- Deprecated the old TikTok organic and released a new version.
- Improved wizard for a smoother user experience.
- Enhanced video insights with top countries and video list details.
- Detailed profile audience analytics, including hourly activity, countries, and genders.
- Comprehensive profile insights reports.
- Improved OAuth functionality and token management.
Shopify
We have enhanced our Shopify integration by adding the ability to fetch comprehensive reports, providing deeper insights into your e-commerce data.
Instagram Insights & Public Data
We updated our Instagram integration to use the latest API version (v19) and improved report structures:
- New report: “Post: comment details review”
- Enhanced “Post: performance totals”
- Optimized post fetching and added profile picture URLs in public profiles.
- New profile reports including account overviews and follower demographic insights.
HubSpot Marketing
Our HubSpot integration now includes:
- Performance and email statistics reports.
- Broadcast messages and workflows.
- List of marketing emails and updated OAuth scopes.
Facebook Page Insights
We upgraded our Facebook Page Insights integration:
- Added multiple page handling and new reports such as Page general overview, performance insights, Reel insights, and daily audience snapshots.
- Migrated to the latest API version for better data accuracy.
Excel Destination Improvements
Reimplemented the file picker for Microsoft Excel to use the latest version, ensuring smoother and more reliable file handling.
Incremental Fetching for Marketing, CRM, and Project Management Data Sources
Incremental fetching was improved for better efficiency and accuracy:
- Ensured loader creates new tables when parameters change.
- Enhanced error handling and logging mechanisms.
- Updated Asana connector to support incremental fetching.
Other improvements
Save Source Slices to Database
A significant overhaul was done on the data handling processes:
- Introduced a new general handler to support incremental imports.
- Optimized database connection codes and schema detection.
- Enabled streaming records to the database and migrated the GSC source to the new handler.
Handle Terminated Cloud Functions
Enhanced logging and error handling for cloud functions to improve reliability and performance monitoring.
Continuous Execution of Sources
Introduced a new monitor for timeout errors and Terraform updates for new source orchestrators to ensure continuous execution and monitoring of data sources.
Fixed Bugs
In addition to these new features and improvements, we have also resolved several bugs to enhance the stability and functionality of Coupler.io:
- Updated the GA4 importer settings according to the latest API changes.
- Fixed missing scopes for Shopify connections created via the Shopify marketplace.
- Hotfixed issues where transformations could not be applied after editing Append.
- Resolved the "Authentication credentials were not provided" error in Klaviyo.
- Fixed duplicated rows in Shopify’s Inventory data entity.
- Addressed errors in copied Airtable source previews.
- Increased memory limit for the OneDrive importer.
- Fixed 500 errors for LinkedIn Company Pages’ social reactions and comments count.
- Extended the connection expiry time for Xero.
- Increased retry numbers for Facebook Ads to handle 60-second waits.
- Implemented retry mechanisms for TikTok Ads.
- Hotfixed Google Ads to better handle inactive ad accounts.
- Resolved 401 errors for newly created Amazon Ads connections.
- Fixed missing data in transformations due to incorrect column naming parsing.
- Added details regarding ad account names in Google Ads error messages.
- Implemented a list of flows for Klaviyo.
- Fixed Pipedrive returning label IDs instead of labels.
- Reviewed and ensured compatibility with LinkedIn Marketing API changes.
- Fixed Pipedrive filters not filtering based on the selected entity.
