We've made several key enhancements to ensure your experience with Coupler.io is smoother and more productive:

Instagram Insights improvements

  • Added "Profile: account overview" report to get general account info like followers_count
  • Added "Profile: followers demography insights" report to be able to review your followers age/gender/country/city breakdown
  • Added "Post: comment details review" - to be able to review comments on your posts with likes and replies to them
  • Added support of Reels metrics in "Post: performance totals" and likes & comments for posts with type=CAROUSEL_ALBUM
  • Added date filters "Published after" and "Published before" for all Posts reports

Extended HubSpot data entities

The HubSpot source contains the following data entities from HubSpot Marketing:

  • Marketing emails
  • Broadcast messages
  • Workflows

Updated Google Ads metrics

  • Replaced ad network conversions with ad network installs
  • Added the following new metrics for campaigns (available for display, video, discovery, and app campaigns) and devices:
    • Unique users
    • Average impression frequency per user
  • New metrics and segments about new versus returning customers:
    • New customer lifetime value (metric)
    • All new customer lifetime value (metric)
    • New versus returning customers (segment)
  • New customer search term insight and campaign search term insight views:
    • Search volume shows the volume range for a search term insight category

Microsoft Excel file picker for Business accounts

Reimplemented the file picker using Microsofts newest tools. This enables Microsoft Business accounts to use our Microsoft Excel source and destination.
