Here is basic instruction on how you can setup JSON importer to get needed data:

Step 1. Generate the API Key in your Account:

To generate an API key, users should log in and click their name in the upper right-hand corner of any page to get to the user context menu. If they have sufficient permissions, there will be an "API Keys" option in that menu to go to the page.

Open the API you want to use (e.g. https://documentation.bamboohr.com/reference/get-employees-directory-1) - enter you API Key and random string as a password:

Step 2. Setup Coupler.io JSON importer:

• JSON URL: https://api.bamboohr.com/api/gateway.php/couplerqa/v1/employees/directory
• Method: GET
• Request headers:
  • Authorization: Basic <<base64 encoded api_key:pass>> (you can just copy from the Step 1)
  • Accept: application/json
