Mailchimp data source

Learn how to set up a Mailchimp data source and then move files data to one of the data destinations supported by Coupler.io.

1. Set up your data source

1.1. Select the apps to connect: Mailchimp as a source and one of the available data destinations 

1.2. Connect your Mailchimp account: 

  • Click Connect:

  • Sign in to your Mailchimp account. 
  • Click Allow to provide needed consents.

1.3. Select Mailchimp data entity

Supported general data entities:

  • Campaigns
  • Audiences
  • Automations
  • Reports

Supported data entities for particular Audience:

  • Audience activity
  • Audience clients
  • Audience growth history
  • Audience interest categories
  • Audience locations
  • Contacts

1.4. Specify optional parameters

Some data entities (i.e. Campaigns) support several optional parameters: date filters, status filters:

Date filters support ISO Date&Time format YYYY-MM-DD HH:mm and date&time macros.

Status filter values depend on the data entity.

1.5. Specify Columns to fetch

Specify the names of the columns and their order by entering each of them in a new line:

If you leave the Columns field empty - all available columns will be fetched.

2. Set up your data destination

Continue setting up the integration depending on the tool you want to import data to. Select your tool from the list of supported data destinations and follow the relevant setup guide.
