FAQ: How to import from shared files?

Coupler.io uses a Google Drive file picker, which has several limitations. It does not show in the file list shared files and files, located in shared drives.

However, it is still possible to fetch those files if you use the 'Search' field in the file picker.

Please follow the steps below to select shared file:

1. Click the 'File' field.
2. Click the 'Search' field and type in part of the file name you are looking for.
3. Hit 'Enter' or click on the lookup button.
4. Select a needed file.
